The hotel was in a very scenic area and the photos used on the website, are very old. The venue is very dated and lacks some basic amenities including Air Conditioning.
The rooms look tired and are clearly due an update.

Only stopped for the one night as just happened to be the midpoint of our journey and was dog friendly. We were greeted by a friendly woman at reception who told us where we could find our room, bar, and breakfast for the next morning and gave us the key cards. I was pleasantly surprised by how the reception area looked and the room was very clean and spacious for 4 people and a dog. The bar was reasonably priced and had a lot of options.
The breakfast the best hotel breakfast I've had at a hotel so far. It was a buffet style help yourself breakfast which had everything from fish to sausage to pastries. I'd stay here again on the return journey but unfortunately it is fully booked on the day I require.

Almost perfect. The bed springs were feelable when sleeping and a bit sad for the kids that there weren't more playground equipments.

Breakfast was busy and food kept running out so gave it a miss.
Lovely grounds and a tram stop outside which I assume takes you into the town.

The room was spacious and cozy, although it smelled a little musty or smoky. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a nice walk in the park - our 3 year old son liked that there was a playground. It was a nice stop over for one night.

Very nice spacy hotel, only remark is that the room didn't had coffee corner/water coocker. Hotel is very clean, clean rooms and you feel directly a very special and luxury ambiance as soon as you enter this hotel.

I had booked a 2 adults and a child "8yrs" room. The room I got was barely enough for one person and I had to sleep on the floor. They didn't not provide extra bed for my child or a bigger bed. They said everything was booked. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

We especially loved the hands-on science museum and the enchanting butterfly house within the park. Moreover, it's an excellent spot for a picnic with plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and boasted a beautiful view overlooking the park. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the robes provided for use in the swimming pool.

This is a unique place with a special vibe to it. It’s like going back in time, in a positive sense. Service is very good and the staff is very friendly and extremely service minded. Both the breakfast and the spa is lovely.

Hotel charged for the parking which hasn’t been used!!! No hot water in the shower!!! 34 degrees max!!! No room service during all stay!!! Spa not free!!! Breakfast for 16 euros??? Quality is shift! Fruits from yesterday, already out of date!!! Had a steak for 32 euros… maybe they don’t know how the steak supposed to taste or what…i will never go back!!!
