This place is a 5 star resort. Its beautiful. Some construction while we were there but otherwise very quiet & peaceful. Very comfortable with all the mod cons. It only gets 4 stars though due to the restaurant being very basic. Its a long way into town but eating in the resorts restaurant more than once is not really an inspiring option. Breakfast is pretty good actually but dinner was pretty much 2 star dinning.

The room was beautiful with a lovely pool that was refreshing. The bed and pillows were perfect. The mosquitoe netting was romantic. Perfect for a 30 year anniversary.

Amazing views of the jungle. Incredible staff who helped coordinate the transport, massages, tours Great hospitality since the arrival to departure. The staff is very kind and polite and responsive Highly recommend. Best vacation, both relaxing and some local sightseeing.

The services rendered by all the staff was outstanding. They were very proactive & efficient. The food choices in the restaurant was sumptuous. Loved the heated pool. I will definitely come back here again.

Thank you for having us for our anniversary trip! We loved the layout of the room and the property itself. To be able to walk around and be surrounded by trees and it being quiet was nice.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in a premium pool villa (108) facing the jungle. Great sized villa, good food, prompt service. My only comment was the water temperature in our pool villa was a tad cool - it was a bracing moment every time we got in. It was nice to be 10 mins drive outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud town centre. Komaneka has a regular shuttle service every 2 hours into town and we used it often.

I understand that it’s in a humid climate so upkeep is hard but starting with the towels and robes, please replace them. It’s kind of unpleasant to wipe with a towel that is grayish color and put on a robe that looks like it’s 10 yrs old. There were threads coming out of it and was also gray color. Our room shower was having issues and outdoor shower didn’t have cold water but that wasn’t a problem. For indoor shower we had to adjust it for good 3-4 min because it wasn’t running correctly. If I paid less for this hotel I would be submitting a really nice review but paying $400/night in Bali (which is a lot) I’d expect to get what I paid for or at least transfer me to a room with no issues. 5 star resort in the jungle. Ubud is best part of Bali and this location is central to nature and lots of activities. Get a driver for the day and they take you everywhere you want to go.

An amazing magical oasis! The staff are absolutely exceptional. The spa is so good we went twice for massages, the restaurant breakfasts are the best I’ve had anywhere, the villas are gorgeous- can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here!

This was a wonderful place to start our holiday. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were always happy. It was a little bit out of town but with all the time in the world and easy access to comfortable transport this was not an issue.

Just perfect! This was our first time in Bali and I’m so happy we spent it at Komaneka. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing and make you feel at home. Definitely recommend
