This hotel suffers from severe deferred maintenance. The staff is very helpful but they have to work around rooms with no hot water, leaking showers, dripping faucets and bathrooms without towel hangers or hooks. They had to move us 4 times because of these problems. We are pretty sure they knew about the issues beforehand and just tried to play a shell game during their busy season. What maintenance work gets done seems to be done from 8 to 11 at night in the pool area / central courtyard, which is loud and unsettling. When we were in the room leaking water (and we used all the towels to prevent the water from seeping into the carpet in the bedroom) the staff balked at moving us and took forever replacing the towels. Expedia intervened at our request and got us moved.

Staff was very friendly upon check-in. Michael working near the Fresh Connection restaurant was fantastic! The rooms are very dated and need improvement. The room booked, had both ants and mosquitoes. A request was made to the front desk and spray was sent. Turned out another guest 2 doors down had the same issue. Items were rusted in the shower. The pool was fabulous! Perfect temperature. Nice views as well that’s not really being utilized.

The design is beautiful, not a single staff members misses a “good morning” and the views from some areas of the hotel are phenomenal!

My time spent at the Hilton was relaxing as always!! I do recommend for the Hilton,clean rooms,very friendly staff. Grifton & Sade’ were fantastic bartenders,making sure we were taken care of at all times. :-) Even the staff at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant were Amazing!
