Front desk was very friendly. Room was very clean, everything worked, ac worked good. Location was great. No issues with noise or people outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Wads of hair on the floor due to not sweeping. This was beside the refrigerator and sink. Black hair tie on the floor beside it.

I was traveling from NC, my friend reserved my room I got to the property tired after driving almost 10 hours only to get there and finding out they didnt have a room for me. I was really tired and sat in my car for a couple minutes before attending a very important meeting, the staff came to my window and proceeded to tell me they were going to call the police if I didnt leave.

I was traveling from NC, my friend reserved my room I got to the property tired after driving almost 10 hours only to get there and finding out they didnt have a room for me. The room smelled like mildew and/or pets to the extent that our allergies were affected and we couldn't stay there. They wouldn't give a refund even though we were forced to stay at a different hotel. The woman who checked us in was very nice but the manager who refused the refund told me to "take it up with Hotel's.com". When I did, the rep from Hotel's.com called the hotel and said that it had been longer than 48 hours since our stay (it was the first business day after our cancelled night's stay) and they couldn't refund my money. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The website lied about having an indoor pool on the property. When we checked in and attempted to go to the pool we we're told that the website needs to be updated and the pool is actually down the street at the REC CENTER!! To make it worse Hotels.com refused to compensate us despite confirming with Lisa at the front that there is no pool access on the property and we'd driven 8 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. So, we were not pleased that we traveled so far to be stuck in a rinky dink hotel because everything else was booked due to the 4th of July.

My room was very dirty and the refrigerator didn’t work and the shower was very dirty and the sheets on the bed was not very clean.

The Room only had 2 towels for 5 guest in the room, I called the front desk to get additional towels and she said I would have come to the desk. She handed me two additional towels and I asked her for another and she said that is all she could let me have. I informed her again that we have 5 people and she said she was sorry that was all I could have.

First room had broken electrical switch and outlet covers. Air conditioner control panel would not work so AC could not be adjusted. I was told at the front desk that there were no more rooms available. There was no one available to look at the A/C. When we returned that night, i returned to the front desk, and my room was swapped for a room with a working AC. However, it was already 10:30pm, and we had to pack everything up and move rooms.

The hotel did not have everything as advertised on their website. No coffee in rooms, continental breakfast consisted of only cornflakes and bread, and their pool was out of service. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location.

The stay was okay, for the price paid- nothing fancy. Plenty of hot water & cool air. There was a layer of dust on lamps, dresser-bed was okay- a little too soft. The light/ fan switch in the bathroom had to be wiggled to get it to come on.
