Excellent location.
You are in the city centre.
Great that there was a pool, jacuzzi and sauna to use for one hour per day.
Nothing negative, except low water pressure in the shower, and a bit damaged shower head.
Really recommend the place.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had breakfast and also ate two evenings in the hotel restaurant, food was great and reasonably priced. One thing, if you are staying at the weekend it is advisable to get up earlier for breakfast as it gets very busy and queues form for tables. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had breakfast and also ate two evenings in the hotel restaurant, food was great and reasonably priced. Hotel was very good but due to Independence Day it was extremely busy and had to queue for breakfast as was the pool. The sauna,steam room and jacuzzi had young children going in and out unsupervised which was possibly due to them being on holiday.

Nice hotel with good location, near everything in Gdansk.
The rooms were good, and decent sized. The staff were helpful, but not very friendly. The breakfast was okay, but a bit overprized for the quality.

Small gym was unexpected bonus
The only bad point was reception and restaurant staff who were cold unhelpful and borderline rude

I had booked 7 rooms and one of us was told there was no room for her. Thankfully I had the booking ref Number and it was OK. Beautiful Hotel and Perfect location.

A fantastic hotel with very friendly helpful staff.
Only a few minutes walk from many bars and restaurants in the centre of Gdańsk.
Spacious comfortable room with walk in shower.
Lovely spa and pool available for use next door.

Good location, 10min (flat) from the tourist centre. Very clean and spacious rooms. A fridge in the room would be nice but not a huge deal. Spa was nice and easy to make a booking. Would have preferred 90min/day than 60min but we really appreciated how the numbers were regulated. Much better to use the spa early in the morning. No discount for the hotel guests for the treatments which were rather pricey.

The restaurant was out of half the menu, took an hour to get food. Dropped breakfast there but it looked bland when we walked past.
Spa and wellness was awful! It was dirty, especially the changing rooms where the floor was black with dirt! You have to book a time, but there were way to many people. It was impossible to even take a few laps around the small pool. The entire spa area felt like a run down and cheap pool for children NOT at all relaxing.

Since the hotel had a very high rating, I expected more. Ac worked well and it was a large room and quite comfortable beds. It felt a bit worn, a refresh would be in order.
One night there was a thunderstorm. It was expected, but the restaurant seemed completely unprepared for the fact that many guests wanted to eat at the hotel. We waited two hours for the food and it was not good.
There is a small spa which is quite ok. We used the garage wich was good but expensive.

The breakfast had mostly what you expact ( we missed the bacon) and was alright. The spa pool was not relaxing at al. Very ecko facility and high volume. Colder swimmer pooler. Okay steam and suana. We took a massage. Wich we really enjoyed
