A couple spending some much needed time-off in Thailand. Our stay the Intercontinental was Great from our arrival until our (unfortunate) departure. Great service, Great food and a customer service which exceeded our expectations. We also attended a lot of the complimentary morning activities (yoga, thai boxing, pilates etc) - and would recommend these to anyone staying here.

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

Most friendly staff will make you smile at all times. Room and restaurant condition especially the hygene was excellent. The facilities are great, especially the kid's club.

One of the best service levels i had in phuket, have been to thailand multiple times and despite the service levels in general of the country being so good intercon definitely stood our amongst the best.

Incredible and diverse food, amazing pool options, and most of all absolutely wonderful staff! Exceptional thanks to Soi and Cake at Pinto and Jaras restaurants. :)

Everything was amazing and the food was great. Room service was excellent!! The swim out room is beautiful and so peaceful!! Loved the rain and sitting out in the patio!

Check in was easy and fast and I got an early check in as well, which is appreciated. The staff were welcoming as at first and quick. SOME Room service needs improvement. The room was a bit tight and not as the pictures perceived. It’s an average stay for the price I paid, so ok definitely staying at another location next time.
Check out staff was pleasant.

Clean and beautiful hotel with wonderful breakfast.staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach, but last few days had lots of green seaweed.
