The property is, in fact, quite attractive. I believe it is an old converted bank, and the decor is conservative and nice. However...no one bothered to install any soundproofing at all. Every door that closes in the hallway is perfectly audible inside the room, as is every footfall above you if you happen to be on the first floor. Worse, the air conditioning barely works, and the "thermostat" in the room is clearly a placebo. Zamora is hot in the summer, and the room never cooled down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Not quite as bad: if you're a foreigner, the TV is useless. Every normal TV in Spain, cable or not, has the capacity to change the audio language from dubbed Spanish to the original language. This place has disabled that function, and naturally, no one had any idea how to fix it. This is a 4-star hotel? Seriously?

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, the room was gorgeous, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and the old town was absolutely breathtaking

Good central location, with dedicated public motorcycle oarking in front of hotel, but I used their underground carpark anyway.

Best location possible to discover Zamora. The hotel is in great condition and super clean. My only issue was with the bed and pillows (hard bed, very soft pillows). I know it is a mater of preference and I have no doubts if I had contacted the front desk maybe a more firm pillow was a possibility but I didn't. I only stayed one night.

The hotel is located in the city centre, a perfect location to go on foot everywhere, close to lots of bars, the monuments and everything.
There is parking around
The bed was amazing! Really confortable
Maybe the improving point is that it is a little old-fashioned, and the shower plate had a repair. It was clean, but it is not a good image

Hotel is difficult to find - and garage even more so. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was awful.

Central staircase is lovely with lovely old windows. Room very noisy. Great salad from cafe delivered to room. Room 312 needs new bed. Good value.

Looked a little disappointing drone the outside but once inside WOW!
It was a lovely building and the service and food was excellent.
The Old city was close by and very interesting.
Couldn't fault the place.

Good size room & comfortable bed but decor tired. Lounges very good. Also near to the old historic town.

Located very near the municipal market, nice spacious rooms.

Pleased with the front desk staff both in the morning and afternoon. Their english was very good and it really helped us enjoy Zamora. When leaving the map on how to get out of town was very useful.
The hotel was very nice inside and looked very upper class with its stairway and stained glass windows. Rooms were neat and clean with very good mattresses.
Things we liked the best of Zamora was the castle with its great views, the bridge, the storks and their very large nests!

Good value and nicely presented table d'hote menu. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking a littles expensive but secure. Excellent stay and will use again
