Nice location just off the piazza Maggiore. Elevator very convenient and very safe with double locks. Great bathroom and very clean nice daily service but no breakfast given a credit voucher to eat at a bar that has very rude service breakfast consist of one cup of coffee a croissant and a 4 ounce bottle of juice. No substitutions.

It was difficult to find, we called the number provided and the woman was rude but did send another women to let us in. The AC was broken and made a terrible noise. There is no front desk if you have any concerns. The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Only one set of keys.

In the heart of Bologna, quiet and very safe. The room was big with also a big bathroom! I highly recommend it!

Very welcoming. Not knowing the area created some confusion with car parking, but it all turned out okay in the end. The location was excellent, the people wonderfully kind and helpful! Excellent choice!

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Isolani Piazza Maggiore. The views of the piazza are amazing! Rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. We appreciated the noise-canceling windows, heated towel rack and large bathroom. We will stay here again when visiting Bologna.

The location was great, the room was great, the breakfast at the cafe around the corner was disappointing. It only included coffee, a pastry and juice. When I asked for more coffee it was 3 euro for another cup. Every other cafe in the area charged less than 1.5 euro. Most European hotels include a nicer breakfast

Location, welcome and comfort were excellent. Marked down because a) the hot water wasn’t working, b) the curtains were falling off the runner and were too thin anyway to block the lights from the street, including Christmas lights, so I had to sleep with my head under the covers c) it would be nice to have creamer or milk for the coffee

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel/bnb. Upon checking in and bringing out luggage into the hotel, I mixed up which floor we were on when we walked into someone else's room. We soon discovered that our room key was able to open multiple rooms. I contacted the host immediately as this is a serious safety concern, who casually said that she must have mixed up the keys. I asked if she would confirm this was the case and come and collect the master key which she said she would do the following day. This ruined our whole day in Bologna as we feared the security of the establishment, and didn't want to leave our belongings when anyone may be able to enter our room. The lack of concern or care from the host on this matter was really alarming. I wanted to go to another hotel, but as this was paid - we decided to stay. We spent the following night at a cheaper hotel that was much nicer, secure and larger. I would avoid this place, it's a rip-off and the host really doesn't care about issues with the property.

We loved staying here on our trip to Bologna! The location can’t be beat, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would 10/10 stay here next time.

Wonderful Location

Super location. Right next to the major Piazza. Room was comfortable and A/C worked well. Big bathroom. No staff on site but available by phone.

We really were impressed with this location and the quality of the Room. We loved getting waters in the little refridgerator, there was an elevator to allow us to take our bags up stairs. One glitch we had was locating this accommodation. This is not technically a hotel rather a floor it which contains 4 guest rooms. Each have a lovely on suite bathroom and nice new flooring. It's important to know that the hostess will meet you outside of the door to get access for you. They need to know exactly when you will arrive or you need to call as soon as you are there. It is located between 2 shops so be aware of that as well and is simply some lovely wooden doors. It is located in a very safe area and while there is a lot of activity outside the Room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast is very nice and located in a little bar not far from the accommodation.
