The room needed some updating and refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not great and they closed the food area right on the dot. The checkin was good. The gentleman was very nice and pleasant.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast options and cleanliness were top notch. Elevators were somewhat dirty as well as the room

Check in to over 30 minutes most of which was spent standing in awkward silence while the host messed around on the computer. The treadmill was broken. The shades in my room were broken as was one of the plugs. The hot water took forever to get hot. The cleaning staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Two of them laughed at me and called me a bad word in a non English language when I tried to get my computer charger from my room after I left the key to check out. I went to the front desk to get another key after the cleaning staff was no help. They gave me a key that did not work. Thankfully another staff member let me in to grab my charger. I ended up being late to my appointment because of the hassle.

They have the Nastiest Clerk from hell !!! She actually was rude Me like I was staying in her hotel and she repeatedly lied bout water being off & when it her turned back on!!!! Called law on us for asking See management!!!

I have traveled throughout 49 States, so I eat out quite often; but have never, ever enjoyed a Breakfast like at this Hotel! The Chef, Mike Harris, is absolutely one of the best!!!!!

I couldnt be happier. Last minute reservation after a terrible stay at a different chain. Everything was clean and worked. Breakfast was really good for a change. Night clerk, David, was super nice and just the right amount of chatty when we came in. Couldnt ask for a better stay.

I loved the bathroom, beauitful lighted mirror. I loved the water pressure in the shower. I loved the breakfast and I loved being on the first floor on the end next to the exit door. Where we could go out and in when we needed too. Everything was great. I would stay here again.

The checkin staff was amazing. As when was trying to check in somehow the reservation git cancelled. Front staff handled the issue quickly and efficiently
