We spent just one night here during a trip through Switzerland. We stayed in a double room and the pictures reflect the room well. The outlets are not very conveniently placed, so if you have an extension cable, this is the place to use it. The kitchenette was small but usable, with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. It was a little unclear from the site whether we were allowed to use it, but when we arrived there was a sign on the kitchen cabinet that simply states they will charge you an extra cleanup fee if the kitchen is especially dirty. We were careful and did not get charged anything extra. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. There were all sorts of cold cuts and cheeses, pate, fresh bread, pretzels, and pastries, yogurt, cereal, jam, fruit, eggs, bacon, and sausage, and even chocolates to finish your meal. There was a very friendly person there serving coffee to order, refilling everything, and cleaning up. Parking at the hotel was free and easy. We did not see much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but they gave us free bus passes that we used to quickly get into town. The town was very cute and worth the stop.

A pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The checkin was quick and very helpful. The room was huge if a big clinical. We had our family of 4 in one room with 3 double beds and it was still spacious. The breakfast was decent, a small selection of decent quality foods.

Friendly and very helpfull staff. Clean and soft beds nice big rooms and well supplied kitchen. Free parking and a very good breakfast. Good for friends visiting Konstanz or families (you don't party there but surroundings are quiet, nice and close to public transport). Very recommendable for the price and quality you get.

Fairly costly rates but room can sleep 4 (with sofabed) so better value for families. This hotel meets your practical needs but feels functional, without character. Important to note that the single lift does not operate after 9pm when the Reception closes. Must use stairs then. Get ground floor room if stairs a problem. 15 min walk to old town and restaurants etc. Reception staff give you a free bus pass on check-in, and advice on which buses to use and their routes. Short walk to bus stop with frequent buses. Very handy. Ask staff to mark public bathing area on town map for you. There is one area beyond the thermal spa complex that has changing rooms, toilets, cafe. Also recommend ferry trip to Meersburg on opposite side of lake Quaint town. Promenade with many cafes.

Nice big rooms and a good breakfast every day. Free parking, good wifi. Neighborhood is working class but safe and fairly close to Konstanz Zentrum. Not super modern but really fine and beds are comfortable, everything works.

I could enjoy the previous stay. I did not know well furnitured it but, i wish i would bring some foods and materials to cook by myself next time.

Stayed one night as we were in town for Carnival, but could have stayed longer. Location is a nice 15- 20 min walk from the old town, great for walking off breakfast, which was excellent...especially the awesome coffee machine in the extra breakfast room. Lots of free parking. Wifi worked well. Triple rooms are very spacious with super comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Only minor complaint was the loudness of the other guests, but it was Carnival after all.

The room was really spacious with very high ceiling. It was very much comfortable. You might want to have a car to access to the downtown of Konstanz and parking was available on site. Staff members were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately dishes in the kitchen were not clean very much and we had to clean them before using.

It is a combination of simple yet efficient and very comfortable The staff with no exception are all very friendly and quite accommodating The location is very practical and the private car parking is a wonderful advantage. While the rooms and the building are simple it has this kind of authenticity that is unmistakingly Germanic The breakfast was very nice in quality and varieties Definitely would stay again if I go back
