Cute, redone motel. Very clean. Felt safe. Management texted me each night to ensure I didn't need anything which was awesome. Nothing fancy but all the TV channels which was nice since my kid got sick and spent a lot of time in the room.
Only knock I have was the price. $280 for 2 nights.....ouch.

I really wanted to like it…. Nice outside, well lit, looks clean. But bugs… didn’t sleep a wink, didn’t put anything down anywhere. Hopefully, they take care of that problem.

Quick stay to visit the university. We would stay again. Clean, friendly staff, great price for a decent place to stay. Just a note - Mattress is pretty soft if you have back issues but no worse than many high priced hotels.

If you like camping this is the hotel for you! The door to our room was open when we arrived. Our key also did not work. After basically kicking the door in to get it to open we saw bugs on the wall and in the bathroom. The door was very hard to shut and the chain lock was broken. There was a very dirty rug covering cracked and uneven flooring. We lost count after killing 20 bugs and complained. He didn’t speak good English and didn’t really seem to understand. It was overall just really dirty.

The manager of the Butler Inn went above and beyond to help resolve the situation and I am so grateful! I highly recommend this property based on the customer service alone. Great location too!

This is such a charming place to stay in Oxford! This is our second stay and we will be back! It has everything we need to get a good night’s sleep, and so close to campus! The service is extremely kind. :-)

Stay could have been good, but when I needed to get ready in the morning for the day, my shower did not work and no time to fix it. When I need to check out I tried to explain what had happened and the front desk worker did not speak any english. It was frustrating on all levels.

We needed to place a stay and this was it. It’s a nice little old-fashioned motel. It’s been renovated to have a much more modern feel. All our needs were met. This is a no-frills type of place but we enjoyed it.

Shower water flow was a little weak but otherwise a good place. The pillows and mattress were perfect for me. So convenient to have car just outside the door.

The manager was very friendly and helpful and checked with me to see if I was happy and needed anything. One of my favorite features is the lanterns that made the property welcoming at night. This was a convenient and affordable place to stay.

The staff is wonderful at this property! Very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay at an average motel great! We appreciated that they allowed our dog to stay. The motel itself, while very clean, is in need of some updates and repairs, but the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located near Miami University, so worked well for a college visit. We would stay again!
