The check-in and check-out process was very efficient. The motel is pet-friendly, and I plan to bring my dog on my next visit. I was pleased to see that the pet-friendly environment didn't affect the comfort of guests without pets. The memory foam mattress provided excellent sleep quality. Although I wish they had blackout curtains, my sleep mask effectively solved the issue of incoming light.

Very quaint rooms. I felt very comfortable there and the bed was very comfortable.
The heat registers could us paint and ther was a large hole in the parking area.
The continental breakfast was a nice addition to the stay and was delicious. Loved how clean everything was

The owners are great. It’s like staying in Schitt’s Creek. It’s worn down but with all the sweet details to added for warmth and charm.

This was a great find! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was large and had great amenities, and the breakfast was way above the normal continental. Would absolutely recommend!

Loved how clean everything was. One thing? There was no bath mat or freah face cloths for day-2. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Returned for a 2nd time as a halfway point stay for a business trip. They've added new upgrades like keypad locks. Check in was super easy and they communicated very well everything we needed to know. Very charming hotel and clean. Would highly recommend. The area is also super beautiful and we suggest Tunnel City Coffee if you're looking for a local coffee spot

Stayed here for the Yoga Festival and it couldn't have been better. Pamela called the day of arrival to make sure everything was still all set and to give us info on how to check in. The whole stay was amazing, from the fresh hanging flowers outside each door to energy shots in the morning, to the delivery of a fire stick to try and help us watch the Celtics finals. I am looking forward to heading back to the Berkshires and will definitely be staying here. Thank you Pamela!

What a wonderful stay we had ! This place is so sweet and charming and pet friendly. The dog park is so nice and my pups loved it ! The room I had was impeccable and I slept like a baby .

Very comfortable stay. Hotel as a lot of charm, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had healthy options. Also appreciated accommodations for pets, including the dog park and dog bowls/treats. Highly recommend!

Berkshire valley inn is special for many reasons. They have reconfigured some of the classic hotel rooms into 3 or 4 bedroom suites with a kitchen. They have built a dog run on the hill behind the hotel. They serve delicious gluten free (!) muffins and frittata as well as gluten-full items. They have decorated in a cute and modern style that is unpretentious and comfortable. And the proprietor is lovely, she even called me when she found something we left behind. I hope to visit again in warmer weather when the pool is full and the sky is clear. It’s such a beautiful area.

Easily reached from upstate NY. This is a simple no frills motel which includes a very very basic breakfast, but clean and very friendly accommodating staff. You can hear your neighbors talking in their rooms and their TVs which is a bit annoying. Despite the negatives, We would return.

The attention to detail is magnificent. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel near North Adams and Mt Greylock. The bed was crazy comfy and the decor was so cool. The best part was SNACKS. So refreshing to stay somewhere that isn’t trying to rip you off. Awesome selection that was reasonable priced. I will definitely be back to support this awesome business.
