Felt large and modern and very close to town centre. Parking was good. Staff and breakfast very good. One downside was that the room carpets did not look very clean. There were dark foot print areas.

Once I arrived I was greeted by front desk and getting into my room was easy. All the staff made me feel welcomed and helped me with all my questions. The room was amazing and comfy. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends

We had our 2 dogs with us. The garden room was perfect. The hotel were excellent regarding our pets. The location was perfect for the sights. The garage was tight to drive into but we wanted secured parking.

Great in most respects. But we had a dog friendly room and dogs weren’t allowed anywhere we could eat so its more limiting than other dog friendly hotels we’ve stayed at

Only stayed one night. Bed comfortable but no electrical socket next to the bed which made it difficult to charge mobile.

We travel with a dog. Dog friendly but not in the bar/restaurant. Easy access to good dog-walks by the river and up to the castle.
We do like the hotel right in the middle of Burgos, near the centre and the cathedral. We will return!

Great hotel in a good location. The only regret is you cant leave your dog in the room when you hsve dinner which makes life difficult.

A perfect stay! This hotel is super clean, comfortable, a five minute walk to the great cathedral, with very helpful staff. My stay could not have been better. Did I mention how clean (and nice!) the rooms are? A great place to stay in Burgos.
