The hotel IS okey , I like It , just a litltle problem , I ask 2 times in the reception for a towel and nobody bring US during our stay, so we only have 1 towel for 4 days and no cleaning the room since check in day...

I was given a room 5 th floor. I went up - bonding a room. Went down with luggage - the staff trucked to find where the room was. Too. Apparently it was in the other block - you need first go to 4 th floor, then thorough a lab rent of corridors, then take another lift - it was not working. So I had to climb up theatres . It took me a long time to learn that way. I also had building works in the morning next yo My room. The room itself was nice. But a double bed for two was too narrow. We had a sleepless night . Also - breakfast not very good. Stuff at the administration was helpful.

Always a great stay and great welcome at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Recommended here. Always stay at this hotel.

My stay at the tulip was fantastic. Staff were so helpful and the service was excellent. Recommended for business and pleasure. Will be returning shortly for business trip. Loction is perfect for business travel.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed was so comfortable. Rooms were very clean. But basic. Although a iron would be fabulous. It was a lovely stay. It’s in a good area with a few bars restaurants and shops right around the corner.

Very nice hotel, reception and cleaning staff very polite and friendly. Newly refurbished single room. Air con worked. Quiet and safe. Breakfast was included but the bread rolls I didn't like, very hard and dry however the croissants were very nice. There was no Do Not Disturb hanger to put on the door which I would have liked but I'm sure I could have asked for one. Bonus was that house keeping had left a gift bag with quality make up in it! I travel a lot for work and that was a first. Thank you!

Nice new hotel! It is in an industrial park. For me it was just perfekt as I had a client there. If you want to visit the city center of Toulouse it is a bit far. You have to take a bus to Empalot and then change to the underground to get to the city.

Checked in around 10pm, polite, ordered a taxi for me in the morning. Didn't eat breakfast, but room was very nice. Modern and clean. Good wifi.

The hotel and the rooms are good. Parking is reasonable and there are a few decent restaurants within walking distance. The room was modern and clean, with effective air conditioning. Some complaints: the curtains were narrower than the window, meaning there are big gaps on either side and the room is therefore not dark. The pillows are not great. The breakfast can be improved.

I told them at the time of booking that we had two cats and a dog with us; they said it would not be a problem. When we arrived, we paid a pet deposit of over €200 for all three pets. They were doing some sort of renovations in the room with which we shared a wall. The power tools were loud and jarring - we could not be in the room while the workmen were working. It gave us headaches. Then they had the nerve to complain about our cats -they said that the smell was in the carpet (not true) and that they did not want the cats on the bed. We made other arrangements for the cats, and the room was fine after that. When we complained about the noise, they told us it would only be between 9:30am and 5pm. Even though we were renting the room for the entire day. We left early. I was so angry at their terrible customer service and so bothered by the noise that I could not stay a day longer.
