My family and I rented a house for 7 days, but we stayed here for two days before going to the house and we loved it. Nice clean room, excellent customer service, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, easy walk and access to beach. Pools and hot tub maintained and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable but pillows too soft for my personal liking. Good amount of towels and supply of toiletries in room. Rooms freshened daily. Only complaint is Wi-Fi is temperamental. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

We’ve been going to the same Hampton Inn and Suites in Corolla, NC for a few years now, as we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays there; however, that was not the case this time. We last stayed here in July of 2024 and everything was great, came back for Labor Day inly a couple of months later and the hotel looked run down. Floors were filthy, ants in the eating area, tables for breakfast looked like they’d never been wiped, no towels for pool area, candy wrappers on table in room at check-in, shower barely worked with rust stains dripping down from it, and sand in bed sheets (we had to change our own sheets). Additionally, we saw several of the staff just hanging out in the halls watching their phones, which we found odd that so many of them would be allowed to do this. Location is still great through with some of the best beach access.

No info in room regarding TV stations or how to operate. how to find tv guide, etc. suite not well laid out. Housekeeping staff was great. Front desk staff just ok. We liked it here overall. The location is good, right on the beach, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas and charge to your room.

Our bathroom had some hair in the shower. There was a pile of used towels in the lobby/breakfast area for about 24 hours.

Only thing I didn't like was that the bed was stiff and the pillows weren't comfortable.

Breakfast was fantastic, but for 300$ a night the room was not great and the beds were very very very firm...to the point of uncomfortable. Other amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pool were nice.

No maintenance staff on call. Toilet overflowed next room & caused our bathroom to flood. We got a new room but the damage was done.

This property is right on the beach with indoor and outdoor pools. The location is great for families and north of all the congested areas. The breakfast was adequate and a good way to start without worrying about food in the morning. The cleaning staff seemed more engaged with the guest than some of the staff working the front desk. The balcony was infested with dragon flies, spiders and other flying insects. Overall this property was enjoyable.
