We enjoyed our stay and staff was very welcoming. I am disappointed that I was charged $22 to park my car and was not informed of this charge upon check in. When making this reservation there was no mention of this cost anywhere on the listing that I could find. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel for my stay.

There was not a fan in the bathroom. The hallway smelled like pot. We had to call Hotels.com about a dispute over cancelation of one night. However, it was resolved when we checked out.There was not a list of restaurants nearby or a listing for the television channels. The towels were changed out but the beds were not made and garbage not taken out. The hotel was quiet. Convenient location. The breakfast was good.

The room we stayed had an persistant smoking odor. We told the personnel about it and they didnt took any action. The odor was so persistant that some of us had breathing issues after the trip. There was also no ventilation for the shower, so the humidity was stuck in the room. Therefore, the restmoors were full of moisture. Room service also happened only once in our 3 night stay.

Service was good. Staff was helpful and professional. Linens seemed clean and bedding was comfortable. Room was in need of some general maintenance. Paint, wallpaper, grout and caulking needs replaced or repaired. This hotel has potential to be 5 star with some attention to details.

Ok place, but just felt and looked like a property not very well run or managed. One elevator was out of service, and the coffee served at breakfast was disgusting. Our room had some permanent splatter marks/stains on walls in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was loose on one end and sagged. Just seemed that property needed some extra TLC.

We needed a place to stay that was close to the Pittsburgh paints arena. It was within walking distance and easy to get to from the hotel.

We loved the breakfast and woman working it.
Otherwise we were happy with the general appearance but the service was unprofessional. No-one told us until the day we were checking out that you had to ask for the room to be cleaned. We left Towels outside our doors and then weren't picked up without us calling. We had to walk down and get towels daily and when we asked for trash bags because our garbage cans were full we were told they were out of them. Not to mention the rude way the management spoke to our bus driver. I'd be more then happy to elaborate on this.

Beds whwre disgusting. There was a blood stain on bottom mattress and a granola bar wrapper under the sheets when we went to cover up. Which means sheets where NOT CHANGED from previous stay. Shower was old and cracked. Room smelled

Every floor had an ice machine but only the 5th & 6th floor machines worked.
Ridiculous price for off street parking.
Only 1 USB port in the whole room and it didn't work. Wallpaper coming off the walls.

When booking through Expedia I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Had to express our unsatisfying room that we got because it did not house the amount of people that we paid for. The hotel staff gave us a "free upgrade" to give us what we paid for. But our first room one of the beds were broken. Also an additional parking fee that wasn't mentioned. Awful time for our birthday trip to see Pittsburgh!!! Also the " breakfast" is a bunch of frozen foods.

Ugh....the front of the building is beautiful and the lobby is nice. But once you get into the elevator...it's all downhill. Just smells old and dingy. Then we got off on our floor and the halls smell like old cleaner and the carpet doesn't look vacuumed. Then the room...worse smell! Air conditioner was so grimy and dirty inside where you can plainly see the dirt - that's literally blowing cold air out into the room. The couch had stains on it. My sheet had a tiny red stain. The bathroom had pink mildew on the corners and the shower curtain wouldn't fully close..it just fell to the middle. So strange. The breakfast was good! But, not coming back for sure.

I thought bed was very comfortable. Room was nice. The air kept making an annoying noise. The shower head was ruff. It had some mold and green gunk all on it. Some mold around the tub. Besides that overall it was good and will would go back. Breakfast was really good!

I was annoyed by the fact I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot even tho I was a guest. Plus there were homeless people looking through the garbage cans. Made my family uncomfortable and feel unsafe. I was worried that my car was going to be broken into(didn't)
You may want to waive the parking fee for guests. And perhaps update the security of the lot. Dont charge guests to park in a lot where they feel unsafe and worry about their car all night.

Its not hygienic and many small essential things are not working.. For example exhaust fan not working in a very closed room and cannot control hot water, no car parking available before checking in..
