I was 45 minutes when I was called that my 80 year old mother was rushed to the hospital with a broken hip. I called the hotel and told them I would be back as soon as I had her dealt as I was there for business and will be coming in for several days a month. I was informed that they wouldn’t charge me for the room but that hotels.com MIGHT and that they have no control over hotels.com but they wouldn’t charge me. Well I call hotels.com and they said they had nothing to do with it and that they would reach out to Red Roof and call me back. Well I know this will shock you no one ever called me back AND guess who was charged. Very disappointed in BOTH companies. The lack of customer service and compassion these days is amazing. I hope someday they go through what I have AND that they get treated the same way.

No internet, no phone, no working TV. No one at the front desk, on multiple occasions. The national customer service phone line had no desire to change or do anything to make the situation better. I saw cockroaches. The showerhead was so low I could rest my head on it. It's a pretty sketchy location.

It was terrible staying at this hotel. The manager was disrespectful and has no patience. He was rude and even didn’t want to check me in at 12:30am with a child when I decided that I wasn’t leaving he decided to check me in. The place smells a mess I had to get air freshener place in my room to get the bad odor out. I would not recommend this place to no one.

Bed spread was dirty/stained. Towels was dirty/stained. Check in was slow amd unfriendly. Front desk barely spoke E glish and was diffifult to understand. Only 1 lock.worked on the door. Non smoking room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Shampoo and soap dispensers didnt work well. Side table next to bed was dirty amd sticky. Definately will not use again

When staying away for a night I need a comfortable bed, hot shower and cool room (functioning a/c) and this unit supplied what I needed very adequately. If I would improve anything, the noise at night was a bit much…

The customer service was excellent. The room was clean and easy access. The only thing I did not like was it’s too loud. Other guest was banging the doors and you can hear it in your room.

So Overall it was a pleasant stay! The problem was the mold in the bathroom. I notified the staff and they immediately came to check it out. Other than that No problems. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was very clean. Check-in was great and the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend.

Clark kept trying to tell me. There was no king size rooms and then opened up a room. That wasn't ready to be rented for me because it was on the basement level. So I wouldn't have to walk down too many stairs, which was appreciative, but the room wasn't ready. It needed things the amenities did not work the plug in for the phone. The plug for the adapter clock nothing was plugged up. The smoke alarm was dangling. Not all the towels there no toilet paper. It was comfortable. I just wanted to go to bed. It was late, but they could have done better. Use condoms outside the doors. Yeah, just um, it's used to like this hotel..

After a while it cut out again off and on randomly. I reported again. Upon leaving the following morning I advised the clerk. Friday night same issues with intermittent power. An owner advised me I was not the first to complain. It was exceptionally noisy with people coming and going during the night. Also, people were congregating in the halls. It was okay for the price.
