Rude staff at check in. bed cover stained and dirty. Upgraded to get a spa bath but too dirty to use. bathroom sink had bits of food or plaque stuck inside.

Great small hotel not far from everything 🙂 we had breakfast there too reason prices and food was delicious 😋 only thing bad was the bed it too was very soft for us

Air conditioning filter was dirty not letting heater to work just blowing cold air so I cleaned it then it worked great shower spraying on to toilet paper building next door had saws and grinders working at 7:30 am after driving for 7 hours then waking early then had to do return drive after morning appointment made it very dangerous and tire ring

Very good, clean hotel and helpful staff. Did not sleep well though due to constant noise from outside 'ruckus'. It is St Kilda though, so i expected that. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Basic accommodation at a fair price. There was a tram stop nearby. Coffee from the lobby was amazing. Would recommend and would return.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The lifts are so slow. The heater wouldn't turn on for ages and when it did it was so noisy. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature was lucky to be on the higher side of warm. We ordered a room with a spa, but the jets on the spa didn’t even turn on. The wall paper around the property is peeling off the walls. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling out of the wall and to top it off when packing to leave we found someone else’s dirty underpants under the bed. We will never be back. The hotel is old and in massive need of a revamp.
