Good place, host very kind. We had half board with a good dinner in the garden. The dog of the host sometime disturbs a little too much.

We had an unexpected, amazing stay at La Grande Maison Mazamet! Passing through France, hoping to find some nice places away from the major tourist attractions, and we most certainly did. Both the nice surroundings of Mazamet and the beautiful La Grande Maison. Great spacy rooms, nicely decorated. Excellent service and very friendly owners.
Only downside was the lack of AC since it was quite hot this time of year, but the nice pool almost made up for it.

We had an unexpected, amazing stay at La Grande Maison Mazamet! Passing through France, hoping to find some nice places away from the major tourist attractions, and we most certainly did. Beautiful old house but with limited comfort : shower water gets cold very fast, weak heat in the room , difficult parking in the street in some periods of the day (Sunday for example) and very poor breakfast. Extra charge for cheese , ham and eggs for instance (we were not expecting this even more being in France where we had another great experiences in other hotels in the region)
Very bad cost benefits relationship overall.
