Before check-out, I'm really satisfied with whole 2-day journey in Zermatt (even the tv has some problem at 1st night). Perfect view of Matterhorn.
When check-in, reception show me a paper which indicating that half-board is included. But we still need to pay the dinner at 2nd night within the daily menu. Unimaginable！
By the way, lamb is delicious in their bro hotel Julen~

This was no doubt our best experience in a hotel. Everyone went above and beyond. The Matterhorn was a great view out of our window. We’ll be back again hopefully!

The hotel is very well located and has great facilities. Very good for me that was traveling alone. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant has good dishes. What I didn't like was the service provided by the waiter (an Indian, I don't know his name) both at dinner and breakfast. He was very rude and unfriendly.
But what really made the difference in my four-night stay was the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the bartender Ali. A Macedonian who is full of joy and really "wears the hotel's shirt"!

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service.
I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Zermatt.
Staff were great, organised lift tickets for us no problems and were very informative when seeking information.
Everything is so close, easy walking to most places in the village.

Everything was perfect including room , bedding , amenities, spa and quiet room and great massage .
Breakfast was good , I would personally add some more vegetables which were only little
Location is good 5 min from center and train station

Didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa area bc it closes early (8pm), would have been nice if it closed later (e.g. 9 or 10pm).

One suggestion that I would like to make based on our experience, is the light switches in the room. One person is in the bathroom and another person turns off a lamp in the bedroom and the person in the bathroom is in the dark! We spent 2 days trying to figure it out, and we regard ourselves as reasonably intelligent people. The view was spectacular on the balcony! Location was perfect, away from noisy train station but close enough to walk there. The hotel offered transport to and from the train station.

Beautifully renovated. In the heart of Zermatt and walkable to everything. Truly has the Swiss mountain vibe with its decor. The spa is incredible with an awesome hot tub and pool. We took advantage of massages although options were limited as you could only book the one therapist who only did classic massage. The food was some of the best we had. Go see Allie in the bar. He was super nice and gave impeccable service. The only hiccup is that we pre- arranged shuttle pick up from the hotel for when we arrived and they did not show up. I had to make an expensive phone call to call them and have them send the shuttle after waiting around awhile. Other than that I would stay here again.

Excellent stay in Zermatt. We had a smooth check in with the front desk helping us with all of our requests (shoutout to Emilie). Appreciated housekeeping dropping by in the afternoon for turn down service + chocolate treats, as well as the ride to and from the train station

This hotel has unique feeling for me, such as warm personal touches. I love this hotel. Family friendly also. All staffs were so nice, and outside jacuzzi was great.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Great location and the resturant is a must, very reasonable for the quality of food. Also would like to say go see Ali at the bar, one of the nicest, considerate, and attentive person we have meet abroad! He made our trip memorable!!
