The room was in a second building across a parking lot. We had to cross the parking lot to use the indoor pool. There was no one on duty at the desk in our building. Our room smelled really bad like a cross between urine and dirty feet.

Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean as well. Thought the attendant on hand was very helpful and curtious. Nice breakfast. Would stay there again.

Hotel tried to change the type of room I payed for to a cheaper room without my consent. And, the hotel said they could not credit me for the difference in the price of the rooms as I booked on Hotel.com! I was not sure if the change in rooms was a fault at Hotels.com or Windsor Place Inn.

The hotel does need an updating on the furniture in the rooms and front lobby. More breakfast tables instead of that big bulky furniture! Friday September 27th morning front desk lady did not manage the breakfast area well, over an hour to go for breakfast and the food was practically empty. The front desk lady was just sitting there in her chair looking at the computer the whole morning. The Saturday September 28th front desk gentleman was great! Very kind and friendly, made sure breakfast was filled, wiped down tables, smiled, said hello... such a nice guy! The furniture in the room was old and the long table was heavy, wobbly and a piece was broken off of it. We had to move the microwave and underneath was gross! I would suggest a semi annual deep clean of the rooms as well as furniture upgrade and carpet.

This was our second stay at this property. The first time we had an excellent stay with a nice, comfortable room with 2 queen beds, and sitting space with chairs. We booked again 2 months later and this time we were given a room in an adjacent run down looking property. There were questionable people drinking beer at a picnic table right outside the adjacent property. Upon entering the building, we were greeted with an unpleasant combination of marijuana smoke and ethnic cooking smells. So disgusting!!! (The property is supposedly smoke free.) Our room was ok. We booked 2 queen beds, but were given 2 full beds. There was a hole in the carpet, paint chipped off several walls and the caulking job in the bathroom was horrendous! At least the room didn't smell like the hallway! There was a human urine smell near the window and AC unit. We couldn't determine if it was coming from the carpet or the AC unit. The shower faucet was backwards with hot and cold water on the wrong sides. The water was not that warm and continued to get colder as I showered. The pool was gross. The room smelled bad and the water was disgusting. We definitely won't be staying at this hotel again. It was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money.

The pool was falling apart. There was a few work out machines in the pool area! Had to walk to main building to use pool! Staff was friendly but appeared the staff had family there! Kids swimming with no supervision!

I reported to the front desk that I found bugs in my bed and was told that a manager would be in contact with me. I decided at 48 hours would be a fair amount of time to expect a response. It has now been over 72 and I never heard back.

was ok for the price would have liked more room to park but was able to make do. Room I had was by the A/C? maybe?something loud was running all night outside like a truck

My room had a hole in the ceiling! The lights in the bathroom hardly worked. You had to go to a completely different building to not only check in but also for the free breakfast if you needed towels or pretty much anything which is extremely inconvenient! Also it was so noiesy i couldnt sleep. People outside in the room next to me just all around not a great stay and will never stay again or recommended it to anyone.
