I like that the room was spacious & clean. Could have used a good dusting to remove cobwebs from lampshades and window drapes. I did not like that the microwave had no power at the outlet nor the outlet on wall below and to the left on microwave. The room was extremely cold (ac was set on 63 degrees) & had a musty odor..Other than hair dryer there were no other amenities & the swimming pool was not open. For the price roughly 75 dollars , I was not expecting much more than a place to sleep for 1 night. I would not return for more than a 1 night stay.

We have stayed with you many times over the years and will continue to do so. Great Value, friendly staff, always very clean. We noticed you have begun updating the rooms also. See y'all next time 👍

The staff was friendly, but the non-smoking room along with the rest of the place, smelled like cigarettes. Overall, the cleanliness was not great!

there to sleep for 7 hours coming from tri cities airport its a motel, beds were spongy a bit disappointing but room was clean, ac worked.. ok value would stay again

Old, smelly, dirty. Would not recommend except for location.

To start with I just want to say, the staff we were working with were great. We checked in a little before 3, however, Our room wasn't ready, the cleaning cart was outside with no one in our room, 3:45 still the same, cleaning cart, no person. Later, the clerk offered us another room, I had book 2 queen beds, but she gave us 2 doubles. The non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and the floor and curtains had cigarette burns. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. 2 larger adults in a double bed. Charged same price for that room as what we booked. I was very disappointed but grateful we were only staying one night.

Smelled of cigarettes really bad. Had two beds. One bed sheets were very nasty. Not worth the price. It's the only one in area is why we stayed. The upstairs is apartments. Heard two dogs barking at 6 am.

The rooms are terrible. They need to be updated. The beds were worn out, the curtains were old and didn't close properly The dining table in the room was tagged and the carpet was nasty. The front desk lady was very nice!

We always stay here, because it's always super clean and a good value. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Parking is great. However, the rooms are in need of updating.
