This was the worst stay ever The hotel was awoaul Bathroom door didnot close No shampo pr sope or anything in bathroom Microwave didnot work Tv didnot woek at first. Everything in room look out of place and dirty and old. Will never ever stay there again

Arrived for check in and was welcomed not very warmly by a man who seemed to be in charge. Did not speak to me or my boyfriend hardly at all, and proceeded to leave for about 5 min with us alone in lobby. We walked into our room to find shoe prints on our sheets, crumbs on the floor, and the shower was covered in rust. Immediately alerted the man who checked us in that we would like to check out, and we left for a different hotel. Unfortunately we could not get a refund. After letting him know about the conditions of our room, he seemed to not really care at all, didn’t try and make it right, and we went on our way. I would strongly advise not to stay here!!

Could not sleep because the air conditioner was toooo loud and the pillows were not comfortable. Also, table lamp was not working.

Too old, everything was old broken bath. I don’t know why this property is still in business and charging as much as they charge for that OLD PROPERTY… EXPEDIA PLEASE CHECK THE PROPERTY BEFORE YOU EVEN HAVE THEM IN YOUR LUSTING OF HOTELS …. I don’t even think this deserve half of star !

The AC did not work well and our room was 85 degrees. I wanted to open the windows, but the screen was missing. It was a horrible night.

I knew going into this stay i wouldn't be getting luxury, but it was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was a little run down but you can't beat the location for walkability to the lake, the casinos, and the shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again.

Clean but outdated which is in line with the low price. The trouble came when I left 2 shirts in the room. Uncooperative and rude staff and I will never get them back. I was told it's my fault for accidentally leaving them there. The post office has black listed this motel and won't work with them. Very disappointed.

The property is old and needs some repairs but was close to the concert we were attending and was fine for 1 night.

I don’t even see how this place has three starts. The hotel room was very dirty, there was pee on the wall in the bathroom. Everything was not clean from the sheets on the bed to the towels hanging up in the bathroom. We actually left to Ross and bought bed sheets and blankets. I was worried we were going to get bed bugs. The guy in the front office was not friendly and he made it seem that you were bugging him. I would NOT recommend this place even if it’s for a one night trip.

The floor was blistered and peeling. The night stand's top finish was partially stripped to the bare wood. The windows had no screens. No coffee in office. Parking lot was practically empty, but they wouldn't give a 70 year old person a ground floor room when requested.

Big Pines is very clean, quiet, and in a great location that is close to downtown. The room was perfect for a quick, one night trip for a fairly cheap price. It is also nice that they are pet friendly. One thing that was not ideal was that the toilet did not flush well, even when it was just tp.

There was a Dirty socks in between the mattress and the head board. Shower was small and squeaks. When they tried to fix the air conditioner, it turned off every 34 minutes and the worker had to turn the breaker on every time.
