Good value solo stay. Room was clean. You are close the road and will hear the high speed traffic, but it does down at night, and putting the A/C on fan mode helps with white noise.

Check in girl was horrible. Sign in lobby said ‘back at 4’ I waited until 4:30. I called 4x. She finally opened. Took 20min to check in one lady. Took 10min to check me in. Never apologized for lateness. Locked door after me and sat in her car. Then took off. Room was fresh. Furniture outdated. Good pressure in shower.

I thought I was renting a typical 2 bed one room place. But it was 2 separate rooms and included a full size fridge, kitchen table with 2 chairs and a microwave!

We add a fantastic stay. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The check in was smooth and friendly and the front was very helpful with all of our questions. We will gladly stay here again when we are in the area.

This is the model of a budget friendly motel. Clean, freshly painted, all fixtures to date. Now add on shower supplies and a perfect simple continental breakfast, nothing more needed. The owners are friendly.

It is very conveniently located by HWY 97 North just at the entry of Klamath Falls, room is nice and parking in front of the room, price is affordable, staff is kind.

The family running this place are kind, diligent, and seem to care a lot. The rest of this review, please take in the context that this is a cheap motel: the rooms are about as clean as they can be - well above and beyond most other motels. The shower was small (single person) but seemed to be the most updated thing in the room and the design they chose was nice and added character to the place. The noise was pretty loud in the room, both from semi trucks passing on the road outside (it's a roadside motel, after all), and from people standing near our room and talking, as you could hear every word as long as they were there. If these things are not a big deal to you, then for the price, you honestly get a lot: the room, DirectTV cable with a lot of channels, and a simple continental breakfast. It was a great value for the price, honestly Strange side note: two of the family members were outside our door painting the bricks of the front of the motel for hours on end. It freaked my wife out, as a man was standing right in our doorway for an hour while I was out running errands. It would have been nice to have some notice that there was going to be work done on the facility near our room, rather than having her scared in the room while someone is standing ominously outside the door (or so it seemed from inside). The man was really just painting above the door, but they could have said something so we would know that was happening, is all.

Place was a mess. Nothing was clean. It’s old and run down. I especially didn’t like the cleanliness. I actually thought about leaving and staying in my vehicle it was that bad. At least clean sheet and pillowcases would’ve been nice. I slept in my clothes. It was a roof over my head. That’s about it

Stayed here bc it was cheap but the shower curtain smelled like mildew bc it was old, hair, dead bugs and a lot of dust on the floor close to the walls and in the bathroom. The paint in the bathroom shower was peeling, I would not stay here again. They need to upgrade their rooms.

this motel is out of town a bit. there are two truck stops across the way. also close is a mcdonalds and burger king. and a great pizza place. the room is small but very clean. stand up shower. frig and microwave is a huge plus. its a small continetal bfast. ceral/honeybuns. Coffee is pretty good. check in is easy. you are on highway 97, but the road noise is amazingly not loud at all. PS the queen beds are amazing

We were pleased with the price and convenience. We were grateful for the AC, but it did produce some smells that AC units do.

Much more than I expected for this price. We will be staying here from now on. Easy access, well lit, safe, clean and the Staff was so friendly.

The lady at the front desk was friendly. We had a covered parking area right outside our room. Our car was out of the heat.
