Hot water would have been really nice. Both rooms we booked was a cold shower morning. It was recently remodeled but the maids should have mopped the bathroom floor. The smell of urine led me to mop it myself.

Females traveling alone BEWARE! I am not sure how this hotel has such good ratings. The location is in a terrible part of town (I grew up here, so I would know). I was apprehensive when I arrived, but checked in based on reviews. My room was on the back of the hotel and Iwould have needed to make several trips up the stairs to get my belongings to the room. There were several men outside their rooms, hanging over the railings. I was terrified. I turned my room keys back in and left to find a safer hotel. I lost my money, but it was worth my peace of mind and safety to leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property was spotless!!! Check in was super fast and the clerk was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful when breakfast was closed. Bed wasvery good.

This is diamond in the rough. The exterior of the property and the surrounding area can fool you. The hotel, on the inside, is remodeled, clean, and well staffed with friendly folks. Nice work!

So road weary. Had a quiet stay. Slept soundly. Bed very comfortable.

When we checked in our room was on top floor. I'm 68 and my husband 70. It was difficult to go upstairs with our luggage and no elevator. I have high blood pressure and it was very elevated when I got upstairs Also they didn't have the air conditioner running and it was very hot. It took forever to cool down so we asked for a fan and they gave us one. It helped somewhat but it was very uncomfortable. We will never stay there again.

Great value for the money because it's such a clean room. Recently remodeled -- room was in great condition. Plus it had blackout blinds -- I've never seen that in a motel.
