This is a really dirty and very poorly maintained hotel. Worst hotel I ever seen in my life. The lobby and the restaurant look nice, front desk agents are really kind and helpful but when you walk upstairs to reach your room, there are molds everywhere ( on the ceilings, in the hallways, in the bath…), ceiling is about to fall, the rug is really dirty and broken in several places in the hallways. I visited two other rooms to try to find something better but they were all the same… There is dust and molds everywhere in this hotel. During our stay, we heard so many clients complaining about the housekeeping and the poor condition of their room… most were reporting unclean rooms and housekeeping not done before their arrival. This hotel should definitely close to be renovated

Close to the train station, but not close to much else (walking distance). The room seemed old and in need of a renovation, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place. loved the property and the fact that the room had 5 beds. Loft was nice. The only draw back was the lack of Air Conditioning. The loft was extremely hot and it was only a sunny day in Feb!

The check in was easy, even in the middle of the night. The apartment was large enough for my 6 person family. The only thing I wish worked better was the A/C, however I do realize that in France it’s not too common for a hotel to have great A/C. Over all the stay was great and the breakfast was good before another leg of our journey

Would like to stay again. 10 minutes walking with luggage from SNCF station. 1-night stay. Arrived hotel late about 9pm. Need to enter hotel via stairs. There is one lift besides stairs which easier to lobby. Floor corridor carpet, rooms décor, lighting and painting need maintenance and repair. Checked 3 rooms before we decided which one to stay. Thanks to friendly staff, we were glad that we got room we wanted. Free wifi and 2 bottle water. Kitchen cookware and pot need improvement. Asked for changing cooking pot, but provided at next day 1-hour before check out. So, without cooking during stay and left some vegetable in fridge.

It was the worse stay in any hotel I have ever been . Cracks on the walls , not enaugh lights inside , room service don’t clean inside the whole stay . Sink in the kitchen got blocket . Doors are raten and toilets need to be flushed 3 times to pass . Very dirty place to stay for sure won’t come back under the same condition .

At check in we were assigned a room that someone else was occupying. They moved us to another room, and a few minutes later, someone else tried to check in to our room. The air conditioning did not work very well, and our room faced the west with wonderful black out curtains, but we had to sleep with the window open to find relief. The street was very noisy which made for long nights.

We had two separate stays at this location within a week. (We were in town for the women’s World Cup & stayed for 2 nights during the semi final matches and then came back and stayed 2 nights for the final) The first stay was not satisfactory at all. There was no air conditioning in our room—even though the hotel stated they had air—and during a heat wave in Europe this was crushing. The hallway to our room was in disarray. Ceiling was open with dripping pipes and the carpet was atrocious. I wish I could include pictures. If anyone is going to stay here I’d request a room on a higher floor. The front desk associate Emilie was very nice & allowed me into 2 other rooms to see if the air conditioning was better but to no avail. We just toughed it out. We tried canceling the second reservation we had but the staff was less than helpful, not understanding, and truthfully just rude. They refused a refund, credit, or cancelation for either stay even under the terrible conditions. Our second stay was nicer, at least. The hallways were still rather dirty but the room was larger this time (I think it was a suite) and we had AIR! That’s pretty much the only good thing I can say.

Location was good for transport links and convenience shopping. Public areas were good and staff welcoming and helpful. However, this was offset by the standard of the room and access hallways. Room (advertised for up to 4) was too small for 3 persons.Main bed in airless, windowless cupboard. No room to move around with bed-settee opened. Inadequate storage for luggage and clothing. Decor was scruffy. Paintwork stained and scratched. Air-con was inadequate and bathroom/kitchen ventilators did not work. Had to request a supplementary fan. Kitchen short of crockery and utensils. Shower leaked onto floor. Bathroom always damp, mould around bath, side-panel and adjacent floor covering were rotting.Toilet seat loose. Hallway carpets dirty.Bar/ restaurant seemed reasonable, but the only night we needed to use it (Sunday) it was closed!! Poor value for 1000euro/week.

The reception area was good, staff very friendly and spoke english. Area by the ground floor lift was messy and dirty looking (this needs to be addressed as its a bad first impression). Room was a good size for a family of four, but looked old and tired. Flooring was water damaged, toilet didn’t flush very well, bathroom tiles needed a good scrubbing. The restaurant looked great, but was not open for dinner and the nearest restaurant was quite a walk for my children. The breakfast buffet comprised of a lot of sweet things which was tricky when trying to feed my children a healthy breakfast, although I really loved the boiled eggs and the watermelon!

This team did a great job hosting all of the football fans for the World Cup. It was busy in here, probably is busy all the time though. The room was spacious. They were accommodating with more towels.

Pleasant experience. Would like to be there again!

Very ordinary. It was suppose to have a kitchen but lacked the refrigerator promised. The daily maid service was terrible and spotty. Temperature control was not working because they hadn’t turned on the air conditioning. The restaurant was overpriced.
