Very comfortable. I stay here often. The amenities are awesome. Small gym, ice machine, indoor pool and spa, washing machines and dryers. I’d live here if I could! Also the rooms seem sound proof. Occasionally I’ll hear a door slam shut but I rarely hear neighbors making noise. Overall, I’m very comfortable here.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the breakfast to be good but the bathroom had buildup in the floor corners and a couple of small mildew spots where the wall and tub meet

It’s an older worn property which needs to be updated in the rooms and hallways but the staff that I dealt with were very nice and friendly.

The staff was very nice Bailey at the front desk helped us very much. Our room wasn’t ready but she gave us an upgraded room which was nice the buildings a little date it needs to be repainted in some areas but otherwise it was nice and quiet the morning breakfast is a 10 out of 10 the facility of the swimming in the sauna and hot tub is great. Awesome I’m going back.

I needed a place to spend the night while in the area. The hotel provided great value for the cost. The room was furnished/decorated with modern amenities, the bed was comfortable, the fitness center had more than enough equipment for a good workout, and the variety of food options for breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place to spend the night while in Livermore.

My first room #311 (on the third floor) there was some make up stain the winkle bed sheets. I called and noticed the front desk and she asked me to come back down. I was placed in #222 on the second floor but got the view of the next store to a new construction building. The location is too hidden and very hard to find at night now.

I liked the property. Well kept. Close to freeway which gets you to various options and places to eat. Quiet and has in door pool. My room needed vacuum. It had possilbe cookie crumbs on floor. If it not needed that. The room would have been great. It happens. I saw people working very hard and doing a great job on the 3rd floor where I was. For a room less than $100 dollars you cant beat the price. The furniture was really nice and the room was nice. Everything was cleaned but again my experience the floor needed a vacumm

I was amazed at the cleanliness. Every single surface had been wiped down - I could tell because I quickly left fingerprints everywhere lol. Nothing was sticky. The bathroom was immaculate. The hotel is in a corporate business area, so the weekend prices are very reasonable. Friendly professional staff.

Staff were great, breakfast was good... Need some way to get Curry smell out of pillows and sheets even after just washing..BUT I used Febreze and it worked.. otherwise PERFECT REALLY!!

Our room was not cleaned properly wasn’t vacuumed the sheets on one bed was inside out there was brown liquid near the sink area on the wall there was hair ties that were not picked up near the sink area there was a lot of hair on both bed sheets and there was a mouse near the sauna that sat there for 2 days we even told front desk about it they never picked it up first time here and I was very dissatisfied I will be contacting the manager as they are not here

We stay here at least twice a year because we enjoy going to our favorite winery that’s nearby and they are super dog friendly. Let’s not forget spacious comfortable rooms. See you in a few months!

The first time we stayed it was nice. room smell cleaned. Second time the room we got had a very bad order we had to leave the windows open for the smell to go away but it didn’t. It’s smell like if someone peed in on the carpet. But overall it was ok
