Our stay was great. Very helpful staff and friendly. We love the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Housekeeper also.

In town for a birthday party. We stood one night. Checked out the next morning for the party, about 2 hours outside of Guadalajara. The hotel allowed us the leave our last gage as we were returning 2 days later. This place is conveniently located and he staff ere amazing. The property has a small pool and nice restaurant as well. We will be returning and using the hotel as our base of operations when visiting family in Guadalajara

I reserved a stay for 9 nights but left after just one night. The bed seemed as though it was constructed purely from plywood, and both the walls and countertops were not clean. The lock, which can only be operable from inside the room, had been removed. Despite these issues, I must praise the staff for their exceptional friendliness and patience. As a non-Spanish speaker, I truly appreciated their efforts to assist me to the best of their abilities.

Sink clogged since we arrived last night. I am 72 yrs old got in from delayed flight. And elevator wasn’t working !!! We have been here many times love the place but very disappointed

We stayed at the Aurea Jan 15-18. The bellman was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, the front desk staff not so much. I had the front desk call us a taxi to take us to the bus station on Jan 18 and left my shoes in the taxi accidentally. The front desk person said the taxi would cost 180 pesos and when we got to the bus station, the taxi driver tried to charge me 300 pesos. I called the Aurea to tell them I had left my shoes in the taxi and they said they would call the taxi driver to see if he had found my shoes in his taxi and to get him to return them to the hotel. When I phoned the hotel back to see if they had been found, they hung up on me. I phoned again and they hung up on me again ☹️☹️
