Place was clean and lobby and service was inviting.

Excellent stay. Easy check-in and check out. The only complaint I would have is the beds are a little bit too hard I take a nice mattress topper would be perfect.

I was told that there was no breakfast because it was a hotel for business people who have expense accounts. The food at the bistro was expensive and not very good. The tub in our room was slippery. I was afraid getting in and out. The coffee pot in the room did not work. I will not stay there again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at courtyard by Marriott. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The one thing we did not like was our shower. The floor of the shower was very slippery. My husband and I both almost fell in the shower. We laid down towels on the shower floor so we wouldn’t slip and hurt ourselves. We notified management and housekeeping of the issue. We were there two days and it was not resolved.

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Hershey Park & right down the block from many dining options. The downside is that it is expensive in season.

Location is great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a nice size and spacious shower.
Room could have been cleaner and a bit more care taken to vacuum, dust, tend to bathroom. Unfortunately, housekeeping skipped our room despite it being vacant for 12 hours so there was no opportunity to rectify.
With the growing options to rent other spaces (VRBO, airBRB, etc), the benefit of a hotel is precisely that housekeeping service which we did not get.

was a quick one night stay over after a concert the hotel is lovely the staff was welcoming and warm
I was soo uncomfortable in the bed but otherwise the room was fantastic
I was under the misconception there was free breakfast included but there was not there is a starbucks in the lobby tho
