The Diamond is a wonderful boutique hotel that has been thoughtfully restored and decorated with gorgeous antiques. The staff is friendly and helpful, many of whom are local university students. The restaurant and bar are fantastic. You are right in the middle of charming downtown and can't go wrong with this place!

We don't have dinner here but it all looked delicious. The staff from checkin - bar and restaurant could not have been more friendly and service oriented. Would stay here again.

The property was in the center of the city with excellent dining options and rooms were very well appointed, excellent staff

And we had our electric bikes and went through Bidwell Park. That was really cool. Could not cover all of it in one day and then headed to the speedway for the races had a great dinner at Frankies highly recommended and you can walk to it from this hotel.

This hotel hit all the marks for us- great location, walkable to restaurants and parks, free parking, clean, comfortable, beautiful building, great restaurant (the Grill) and friendly staff. I would enthusiastically return on my next visit to Chico.

The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was a custom-made omlette with potatoes, fruit, and all the coffee and juice you care to drink. We loved being downtown within walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. The free parking in the adjacent parking garage was an unexpected plus.
