The room was comfortable but the air conditioning or the fan did not work so the room was very warm and stuffy. The dinner in the restaurant was exceptionally good.

I was very disappointed with a hotel that I’ve used many times previously. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), sexual lubricant found in a cupboard, batteries eroded in the remote, and to top it all a Christmas party on our last night, which kept us awake before our drive back to England. When I mentioned the smell of the room I was offered drinks tokens for the bar which buy you either larger or soft drinks. The staff didn’t seem too surprised with the lubricant or remote control. Quite frankly it’s the type of service I’d expect from the Hotel Ibis around the corner. Considered how much a room costs per night id expect a much better service. Not sure how this hotel has a four star rating.
I most certainly will not to using this hotel for future visits to Paderborn.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. If you don't mind the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms are spotless and the service was really above and beyond. When I got sick during my stay, the late-night concierge was kind enough to bring me chocolate and tea from the already-closed restaurant. Whenever I needed to print something, call a taxi, store something in the refrigerator downstairs, order room service (my meal came up in 15 minutes!), staff were always prompt, friendly, and reliable. Five stars, without a doubt.

The staff is rude and useless, my kid lost his iPad and they were not willing to listen or assist in any shape.

Cleaning was not good at all we stayed 12 nights 3 rooms had to ask for bedding to be changed and to have floor/carpet vacuumed bathroom was never cleaned just fresh towels,

Staff was lazy they made me walk down to reception to collect the iron. They booked me taxi twice but nothing showed up on time had to make multiple follow ups to get one to reach office on time and I was late indeed. Twin beds were put together in my room with highly uncomfortable mattress which did not help either. Location of the property is good for business travellers. Breakfast was fine nothing exceptional same usual bits.

Very quiet, walk to town is along the river in a nice park. Doubles have plenty of room, a comfortable chair, table, and desk, and a wardrobe, bedside tables. Air conditioning works well, temperature can be set in the room.

Arrived early and was exhausted from the long journey. The staff were so nice and helpful and got my room ready early to help me. Very polite and friendly ! The rooms were very clean and tidy. Would really like to stay again in the near future

The staff of the hotel was very helpful, friendly and accommodating!
Breakfast is served as a buffet and has a big selection!
For dinner we went to the inhouse "pub" and had a wonderful meal, Schnitzel àla Paderborn and a great tasting Warsteiner Pils!

I paid a little extra for a business room. So in that sense I was a little disappointed. I also assumed that it was standard to have a kettle and tea making facilities, I thought wrong.
In terms of the location I thought it was very good. The walk into the centre of Paderborn was an easy 15 minute walk along the river.
I would stay again, perhaps I wouldn't pay the price I did but that's most likely my fault seeing as. I booked so late

Easy to find. Very clean and airy.staff.extremely polite and friendly most helpful.
Disapponted that room did not have facilitu to make tea and coffee.
Disappointed that bed consisted of two singles pushed together a little uncomfortable..and one pillow not enough.
