The owner of the hotel was an amazing person, and even took the time to speak to us and make us feel welcome. The food was amazing and the rooms are very clean and very nice.

They don’t have a good customer service, their restaurant don’t care about the client, and the food has a bad taste. Hotel employees are rude.

Flights were canceled and called Hotel as instructed by Hotels.com
No one at Hotel spoke English however I did speak with one that seemed to comprehend. Thought they cancelled both rooms. Instead I was charged for both rooms . As a Gold Member I would think Hotels.com would resolve instead they have done nothing.

bad smell in the room from the bathroom like black water I had to close the bathroom, it was very unpleasant, the sheets were very hard, it did not feel good on the body

It gives a better service now and has more amenities. Dislike- room is kind of small even for one person.

The hotel staff are very professional and willing to please. The cleaning staff do an outstanding job. Some of the restaurant personnel are not to friendly. The food gets a B . The hotel needs a little updating, but overall I definitely would stay there again.
