The hotel is a nice place we'll run . I know they are trying to get planning permission to build a new hotel on site. It's badly needed as this is the only hotel in hulst .
It's a fine hotel for a a few days stay , friendly and comfy beds . Nothing not to like .

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant : the check-in, the breakfast and the room.. Everything was as good as expected. Only thing though : due to the heavy winds, we heard a lot of noise because of one door who had a lot of difficulty to be closed efficiently. Fortunately, this isn't happening every weekend. Will be back next year.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant : the check-in, the breakfast and the room.. Everything was as good as expected. Only thing though : due to the heavy winds, we heard a lot of noise because of one door who had a lot of difficulty to be closed efficiently. Fortunately, this isn't happening every weekend. Friendly staff. Very Clean. Very basic limited breakfast. Noise from neighbour rooms. The corridors are like labyrinths with stairs going up and down without windows. There was a fire alarm and it was difficult to find out. All doors closed. No marking to show the way out. It should have been at at foot height. I came to a dead end and had to go back. Luckily the lights were on, otherwise I would have been trapped. If there had been smoke, I would not have found my way out.

Beautiful scenery. Unique town. Very helpful people. Elevator was located outside, bit awkward but everything else was very good.

The hotel is in a good location just outside the old town. The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The stay was rounded off with a very good breakfast included in the price. If you are planning to stay in Hulst I can recommend it.
