Friendly staff, ok food, moisty, moldy bedroom. Aircondition not working properly. Bathroom smelling like sewage. Got a new room thats was better, but still the hotel need a little upgrade.

I went several times to this hotel. And the quality is really lower than in the past. Each time we ask anything tho the hotel (to bring a glass to drink, to bring a smoothing iron, to ask food, to ask to collect clothes for laundry), it's necessary to phone 2-3 times because nobody takes our request into account, nobody does anything, and it takes many times to be able to get our request. For lunch it's very long. When ordering it take 1h (in the best case) to 1h30 to deliver a plate a pasta...!!!!! For dinner, you have to book at 17h30 your dinner for the night ! I never saw that anywhere. And for breakfast, we have only plastic cutelry (see picture), it seems we are doing a picnic ! But the hotel price, is not the price of a picnic...!!! The price of the hotel today, doesn't worth the service. The service was very bad during my last stay. I was suprised, it was not like that in the past.
