Our stay at The Marriot was amazing. My daughters and I were welcomed warmly by the hotel manager, Hussain, who personally made sure that our stay would be comfortable. All the staff from the restaurant staff, workers around the hotel and even the reception workers were friendly and made sure that we were taken care of. The drivers, Muhammad and Abdul, not only made sure that we arrived at our destinations on time but also walked us to ensure our we didnt get lost. Amin from customer service went out of his way to make sure all our needs were taken care of. When we left it was sad...it was like saying bye to family.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The reception area was stunning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only gripe is that the staff take too long to comply with requests for example the restaurant did not open for breakfast at 6am. We made a fuss and they let us in at 6:10am because we had a flight to catch and were leaving at 6:30am. The reception staff were really great and the bell boys. They deserve a special mention because they were excellent. It was a fantastic hotel and I would return. The Moroccan restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit. The food is out of this world amazing.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was really good for 200 MAD. Lots of options, crepe station and egg/ omelet station.
The room was nice and big. Would recommend to anyone staying in fes. It’s about a 15 min- 20 MAD taxi to the Medina. There’s a great lounge restaurant called barristo near the hotel, less then 5 mins walk. The hotel also has a few restaurants if you wanted to stay on the resort. The weather wasn’t the hottest in late April so we couldn’t enough the pool but it’s very lovely and lots of seating to enjoy outside.

I really enjoy the swimming pool, I could do some legs in the morning to start my day. The staff are very helpful, and Mr. El Habib in particular is always very helpful and professional.

I have been with them for one month and I did not find any promotion from them, any interest in the clean bed, they were late in making it, and the hospitality is poor.
