It was good and in a good neighborhood

This place is a motel. A bit run down, but not horrible looking. The mattress feels like a haystack. So does the pillow.

Very convenient for an overnight connection. Rooms are a bit dated but seem to be clean. Shuttle service is good, although can take some time due to traffic. Staff is very friendly

The only huge problem we had was waiting for the shuttle driver to pick us up which took over 21/2 hours to be picked up. Lots of confusion in calling the front desk and he communicating with the driver. Seen other hotel shuttles picking up customers at 4 or 5 times while we waited in the extreme windy and cold weather. The drop off shuttle to the airport was great!

The hotel doesn’t have a bottle of water. The receptionist said that the water is ran out and recommended to go across the street to the gas station.

Front desk staff were rude. The room was okay, close to JFK but the shuttle service never arrived and front desk never picked up the phone when I called to enquire. Had to take uber to the hotel. Will never stay here again.

The hotel rooms in this hotel are tired and everything needs to be replaced. It appears they have tried to keep it clean but the carpets in the rooms have holes and are not clean anymore. The furniture is old and nicked. The bathroom has old fixtures. The halls have new carpet and they have been recently painted so maybe they are in the process of a remodel. If you are hungry the only thing close by you can walk to is a Burger King and a fast food chicken restaurant. No dining in hotel except the usually self serve very limited breakfast (basic toast and coffee and orange juice). The staff was pleasant.

Hotel was decently priced and clean, nothing fancy. A bit dated but fine for the price. Hotel shuttle is nice. Breakfast is fine but light: cereal, bagels, bread, juice, coffee.

Did send an email day before asking for ground room due to disability. Was not given one. No clean towels in for two days.
