Really nice room with Netflix and Disney services on the tv. Nice people at reception. Right next to a bus and great bakery Santa Gloria.

This hotel is very well situated if you plan to do some shopping in Andorra as you can park your car on some public parkings next to the hotel and walk to the city... Breakfast is ok but not so many choice. Room is very tiny, I would not stay there for an entire week...

Very good. Had to pay for parking which we thought was free as advert didn’t say pay for parking. Otherwise very good and friendly staff. Good central location.

Very good night stop. Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Main shopping street just around the corner. Poor internet in room 211.

The hotel is well located in the center of the city, however we made reservations for another hotel and they change the reservation, the WiFi wasn’t working, and the service was ok, but not great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, central (directly beside the main shopping street and nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk) with this though, it can be slightly noisy depending on which side of the hotel your room is on. This would be the case with any very central hotels though. Breakfast was nice with food suitable for everyone. Didn't get to try the restaurant in the hotel, however it seemed quite busy every evening so I would assume that is a good sign. The hotel also has a place to leave bags or skis if required. Only other downside is the size of the rooms, they aren't very big but I believe they were worth the trade for being so central. There was a 32" flatscreen TV which you could plug a USB into if you had one for watching films etc., as the only TV channel in English was the news.

All of the staff that I came across during my stay were extremely nice! They changed my room to an exterior because of availability amd I didn’t even have to ask! The room was fine although there were two beds that were of extremely different comfort levels. One very soft and hold the other was fine. I was on my own so it wasn’t a problem. Location is good if you’re looking to do some shopping. About a 10 minute walk to the centro histórico
