The front desk attendant was on the phone for a LONG time while I waited to check-in. He was not friendly or welcoming. Then, at 12:30 am someone was trying to get into our room and pounding on the door. It appeared to be an employee - asking if the previous tenant had left an electric toothbrush in the room (there was none). I wanted to talk to the front desk and report this the next morning but there was no one around to speak with during breakfast. We had to leave at 7am for a flight and I never saw an employee downstairs that morning.

Property is very tired. Got there, was dying to go to bathroom, common area bath had overflowed. Only person working was making an airport shuttle run. Bed lacked a lot, bathtub was gross. Not the rating that I was expecting.

The rooms are dirty and there is mold in the bathroom and around the window. Check 3 rooms total and they are all the same, absolutely disgusting.

A good choice for what we needed. It was very quiet and comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed for our very early morning flight However, the bathtub was very dirty! It appears as though it's never actually been scrubbed! Also, the bathroom door squeaks loudly.

It was a quiet place . The staff didn’t seem friendly or like they wanted to interact with anyone. I wasn’t even told what floor or where my room was so I had to ask . The breakfast is definitely slacking. Was not kept up and not tasty at all. The waffle machine was terrible!!! Other then that the place was pretty clean

A place to stay and regroup during our vacation and visit to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum

When we arrived we were greeted by staff and taken care of well. We got to our room and found that the door was difficult to open, but otherwise everything looked fine. The following morning, the person staying in the room above us took a shower and flooded our bathroom through a leak in the ceiling. There was only one employee at the front desk at the time and he did the best he could to take care of us while also trying to prepare breakfast and arrange shuttle service to the airport for other guests, but unfortunately we weren't able to change rooms until mid-afternoon after check-out and cleaning (thankfully we had plans to be out and about during the day). The new room was fine, but the facility itself needs some TLC - broken elevator, broken stairway doors, etc. We did enjoy the pool and appreciated the on-site laundry facility.

The elevator was not working, the room just did not seem to get cool enough, the bathtub was filthy and slippery which is not safe, and the walls/ceilings were paper thin. My upstairs neighbor was walking heavily all night and I was only able to get 3 hours of sleep because of it. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is 4 minutes from the airport, that much is good. The night manager Ronald is wonderful, very helpful. Unfortunately this is one of the most poorly kept hotels I've seen in years. The elevator was not working and we were in the 3rd floor. The carpets were very old and were separating from the door threshold. The push bar on the stairwell door was falling off. Very poor condition. We were not able to check on for 15 minutes because the person doing check in also drives the shuttle.

This clearly is an older hotel since it generally needs updating in areas. For example my bathroom was clean but the tub had no remaining porcelain. The lobby was pleasant with a spacious breakfast area. No housekeeping was done in my room for my three night stay - I didn’t mind about the bed not being made but would have liked my trash emptied. A breakfast was offered but compared to what I’ve had at other hotels it was mediocre. A definite plus was it being about 3 minutes from the airport. The check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Based on the pricing and location it was reasonable.
