Amanda made this trip! She does the breakfast spread, and her positive attitude and willingness and excitement helping guests plan their national park trip was infectious! She was lovely. The hotel itself was just ok.

If you’re a truck driver don’t stay here. They have been stealing all the fuel out the tractors. There is only 1 person working and she’s not paid enough to be top flight security of the world

The people that worked here were excellent! Especially Amanda. She not only kept breakfast coming, she took the time to share the best sites in Sequoia National Park to see. The room ws much nicer than expected. A definite great experience!

I love our stay and all the staff are nice and friendly.
The pool should be clean little bit. But the breakfast buffet is very good and the lady who worked on the buffet care so much with the customers. She always put a good smile.

They robbed me I tried cancelling my reservation they took all of the money even though I never checked in due to I had a death in my family I will not recommend hotels .com or Best Western .

This is a ghetto property. The room smelled like urine. There were all types of people roaming up and down the side stairs all hours of the night. There were long hall trucks parked all around the property. If you care about your safety, you WON'T stay here.

The room was adequate. However the toilet/ toilet seat was very lose and wobbly. The shower curtain didn't contain the water and the shower drain was clogged and water backed up and was disgusting.

Hotel location is just off major highways and road noise is bothersome especially during night. Bunch of shady people were also hanging around the parking lot. Room was clean and nice though.

Her 2-minute induction of King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks just made our trip way more enjoyable.
