Beautiful area, most of the buildings were really pretty but the lodges need some paint

It was good. I forget coming to the south means bugs. We found 3 dead roaches in our room when we got there. Our room keys got turned off twice in the 4 days we were there. The office is not conveniently located for when this happens. Minimal dining options on property, which makes it hard with a toddler. We ordered a 1bdrm with a king bed. They "upgraded" us to a 2bdrm with a queen in one and twins in the other. Fine, but unnecessary.

Booked a 1 bedroom condo for a night through Expedia. When we arrived they didn’t have any left and up charged us for a 2 bedroom. When I realized what they did the receptionist argued with me that we booked a 2 bedroom condo. After a half hour of arguing with her she gave me a refund. The floors in the condo were so dirty. Sand dirt everywhere. Never again will we stay at this place and I hope this review deters others from staying.

It was great secluded patios nice size there where games inside the rooms swimming equipment and much more would stay again

The apartment was extremely clean, quite and everyone working was very polite, friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay on vacation.

The condo we have stayed at leaves something to wish for.. the bed was way too soft, the Tv had some issues and while there is a kitchen area the counter place is literally non existent to prepare anything. Overall it is an OK unit

Beware of hidden charges! I booked our room through hotels.com and paid online at the time of booking only to be surprised with an additional $159 charge at check in for “resort fees”. The linens in the bath room were folded and displayed in a decorative manner and when I unfolded them for use I found that they were dirty. The toilet wobbled badly when we sat on it. Then we were attempted to leave our room the screen door was jammed and we had to call for maintenance to come fix it. I tried to call the front desk to report these issues and found that the phone in the room did not work. I called from my cell phone and reported all these issues and they said they would send maintenance to fix the door and that I was welcome to go to the front desk for new linens. If they were ok with using soiled linens, what else wasn’t cleaned properly? And the phone and door issues are definitely safety concerns. Overall a very disappointing stay for $361

Upon arrival, opening the door, the first thing I noticed was a large cockroach crawling around the hall. Not exactly a great first impression. It eventually climbed up the couch I was sitting on and onto me. I did remove it with a small towel and threw it outside.

I like that it’s gated/felt safe. Parking great. Elevator was convenient. Golf cart takes you to & from the beach, but we walked since we were so close. The only complaint is our bedroom needed more lighting . Those little lamps don’t do it. It was very quiet there. The commercial washer/dryer room was on our floor, so that was very convenient/they were quick and it was only $1.50 each (take quarters only) The pool was great. The landscaping/trees are very nice. Bring paper towels, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. They provide powder for dish washer/bags for trash can/toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, one little soap.

Trip was amazing; definitely my go to place when I go to beach moving forward . Thanks for great stay! Staff was 10/10 also .
