I have stayed here before. This hotel has a fairly large hot spring facility with various types of baths and saunas. This is free to use for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from Miebashi monorail station.

Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in.
Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action.
Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included, parking service is bad.
compare with my hold trip, this is the worst hotel in my trip.

The room was rather cramped for 4pax but nonetheless able to put 4 single rooms. However the bedsheet was stained and there’s also no complimentary water given to guests. The hotel staff are mainly non English speaking and it will be better if they can at least put some English speaking personnel. Having said that, the hotel is indeed located on a strategic location but take note that you need to walk 5-10mins in a quiet alley which is near to their public carpark...

Has a natural onsen Rikkarikka-yu just next to it but need to pay ¥1,050 each per visit for Hotel Guests which made it different from most other Hotels and Ryokans which we visited in 43 other Prefectures so far. At least a 30-50% discount for Guests of the hotel would be better. Otherwise, would have given it a 8/10 or 9/10.

Good location and nice lobby. Clean, neat room but I found some noodles behind the rubbish bin. Reasonable price. Overall recommend for visitors.
