The hotel used to be nice but seems like it has went down hill fast! The lobby is nice but deceiving. The elevator had garbage all over it and smelled like pee off the elevator there was broken glass down the hall, plungers in the hall, and smelled like weed. The room was 13° in it with the AC still going, holes in the walls, holes from where pictures used to hang, the floor was hardwood and water damaged so bad it was buckling everywhere. The suite had a jucuzzi tub in it that had broken tiles around it, missing grout, and moisture damage all over the roof above it. Its clear this hotel hasnt been managed or maintained properly in quite some time. I travel a lot for work, and this is the worst sandman i have ever stayed in. The whole place was just disguisting and I could tell by the looks on other faces we weren't the only ones that had problems here.

Really nice hotel. Modern, clean, convenient with added restaurant. And parking. Some construction noise next door, but not unreasonable hours.

I enjoy staying at this hotel its close to the mall, and stores i want to be at. I’ve stayed here many times

Service was great. Air conditioner had trouble keeping up with increased temperature outside. Staff quick to help and ensure customer satisfaction. Would stay here again!

Everything was good

A/C did not work, the carpet felt sweaty, lots of noise around the rooms, pool was all cloudy, front receptionists were not welcoming at all. Terrible stay. Noticed that there were still crumbs on the tables, washroom was not cleaned properly,

This property perhaps did not have enough staff. No pool towels, floors not vacuumed, garbage lying around the property outside and in the hallways, pictures off their hanging spots on the walls. It really wasn’t great. We were surprised because other reviews were good. But it was pretty untidy and unclean overall. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Had a problem with getting my beds changed. Housekeeping is too busy I guess

It is close to university. The pool was ok. Bathroom door didnt lock and very noisey with the echo

The room was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The common areas were maintained, safe and staff friendly. Currently (8/24) there is construction happening next door and the parking is difficult due to workers parking in lot. Never was without a spot just never had convenient parking. Not my first stay and will be returning in a future visit.
