The stay was amazing! The staff were amazing and went out of there way for us, also they have the best massages in colombia definitely ask for nichole and lulie hope i got her name right . 5 star hotel beautiful inside and very comfy beds.

Great location, close to everything. The hotel itself is pretty dated, could use some updates. We stayed 6 nights, and while housekeeping made the beds the linens were never replaced with clean ones (even when obviously dirty). Rooftop bar across the street can be very loud too- one night they had music blaring until 4:30am. Overall not a terrible stay… but for what we paid, I guess we expected a nicer stay.

We stayed 6 nights, and while housekeeping made the beds the linens were never replaced with clean ones (even when obviously dirty). Rooftop bar across the street can be very loud too- one night they had music blaring until 4:30am. Overall not a terrible stay… but for what we paid, I guess we expected a nicer stay.

During our 7-day stay at the hotel, we found everything to be good, but nothing exceptional. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to many places and easily accessible via Uber. It's close to Centro de Convenciones, Gestsemani main streets, Castillo, Monumento a las Botas, and Popa. Room 17 was clean and nice. However, if you have small children, it's worth noting that the room has stairs and open sections.

Great boutique type hotel with full amenities. Walking distance to attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception area is undergoing renovation and there is no AC in the lobby yet, but that is supposed to be coming.

We have been to Cartagena a number f times. This was our best hotel experience to date. It is in a great location. Close to the restaurants but away from the walled city and all the neve ending vendors there. There is a great Salsa club just a block away. The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Both teh hotel and the restaurant which also very good! The hotel is small, intimate and beautiul. We will stay here again!

Our room was very spacious. We enjoyed the free mini bar and welcome drinks. By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is in a prime location - walkable to most areas and very lively. The hotel is a repurposed colonial mansion, so the ambience and decor are lovely. There are decorative pools throughout the main floors and small tables and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee. Breakfast was included, which was a good standard meal to start the day. We had a duplex room, which was beautiful (and smelled great!). The showers were particularly nice as well.
The only real con was that we had to request towels a few times. I was a little surprised they didn't have the room ready with them during the room cleaning. The pool area was a bit small - better for lounging/relaxing than for using the actual pool.
Other than that - lovely staff and hotel! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is stunning! It is in a very convenient location and very walkable. The staff of the hotel specifically Rey & Elizabeth were so extremely helpful. I’m grateful that I was able to explore Cartagena from this location. In also a female solo traveler so I felt very safe!

The staff was amazing! Rey took care of us and providing options to dine nearby. The only concern is the room facing courtyard is not soundproof so picks up all the noise and sounds of other guest. Otherwise despite that...everything else outweighs the noise.

Staff was amazing. premium products in the bathroom etc.
breakfast included options were not that great, but food wasn't bad.
Housekeeping cleans the room twice in the day. ACs are v effective in the so hot n humid weather
