It is a nice place to stay in a very convenient location with the metro station right next to the hotel, yet it is not crowded and busy. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The public bath area is nice except it can get busy during time after dinner.

Excellent location excellent service. Room is spacious and very clean. We used the sky spa and lounge everyday. Welcoming and a very memorable stay. Will come again for our next Taipei trip

Hotel is closed to subway And bus stop just a walk away and easy to find. Breakfast has lots of varieties. A lot of staff on site to help out. It also has onsen which is very good after a days walk. Quiet and even though it is in the Main Street.

Bus stop and subway station is less than 1 minute walk. Travelers can take blue or orange subway line to Zhongxiao station. Area is very safe and walk at night time is not an issue. There are lots of small restaurants around within 10 to 15 mins walk. Very convenient to everywhere. Hotel has an onset and food to relax after a days walk. Service is excellent. The hotel staff can speak English and very helpful.

Balcony wall is too high obstruct the city view. I cannot rate excellent in cleanliness because I noted mold is growing in the ceiling. Otherwise I would rate excellent in all categories. Service and staff are very good. I ate in the Italian restaurant and got sick but my brother was ok.

Hotel is fantastic. Service wonderful. Area manager at night superb. Helped me when i was having asthma attack. Had to cut short my stay in hotel and they permitted me. Such kind hearted staff. Kudos to manager night duty the lady with a big heart. Everyone so attentive

Overall excellent -- one complaint is that I observed several men using the public bath without first washing themselves. Please post clear instructions so that guests know how properly to use the public bath.

EXCELLENT stay! Absolutely, loved the high tech toilet. Corner room with window views from each side. Great location. Right next to metro.
