Wonderful breakfast, gracious and helpful staff, amazing soaking tub. We didn’t like the pillows, however - too poofy. Overall, a very lovely stay.

Ameland is a superb island; the hotel is in the town center, very good location with restaurants all around.
However, there is one major issue: the bedrooms are oriented West, with no air conditioning: there is no way you can stay in the room in the afternoon until late in the evening.
Breakfast is very good.
The staff are very kind and helpful.
I definitely recommend this hotel (only for night sleep).

Ameland is a superb island; the hotel is in the town center, very good location with restaurants all around.
However, there is one major issue: the bedrooms are oriented West, with no air conditioning: there is no way you can stay in the room in the afternoon until late in the evening.
Breakfast is very good.
