We will never stay here again: they charge an insane daily rate on top of the price and the service we received was not compensatory for this fee. The “apartments” did not have Wi-Fi (even though the booking said it did), but worst of all there is no air conditioning and it was so hot!! We had to leave the windows open and there were no screens so bugs kept getting in. It was a battle between sweating to the point where we cannot sleep or get eaten by bugs. Also there was no air dryer, shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom and there was not a telephone in the room to call the front desk either which is crazy given you have to walk a quarter to get to the “apartments. We also ate at the restaurant which had terrible food and incredibly slow and poor service. Save your money if you can - go anywhere but here!

Whole family was up past midnight until it started to cool down. Also, there is no internet Wifi to speak of. From our building, one of the closest to the lobby, the WiFi signal would come and go AND when it was connected the data rate was throttled down so much only simple text messages could be sent. Pictures timed out after 30 minutes. I will not go back and would not recommend. Nothing wrong with the staff, they were nice and as helpful as could be. The infrastructure is lacking.

Location Ideal for a stop off for the long journey south. Good facilities- swimming pool etc Nice bar and restaurant with excellent food.

Good points: New place, spacious rooms, well equipped, central office with good staffs. Bad points: no wifi at back houses, very dark at NIGHT, no parking to drop luggages in front the house.

My experience was very good. I would recomend to everybody. It is like a house, in a quiet place, close to the center of the city of Amboise, in front of Mini Chateaux Park (if you don't find the adress of the hotel on GPS, go straigth to this park and you will find it!).

Good food and friendly staff.information to buy coffee and filters for the machine would have been helpful.nice touch to order pastry but not explained to collect from reception . Basically, "come to the lobby". Here is the thing, the lobby with almost no outlets to plug in. Noisy. Hot. 2. SECURITY. The units are not air conditioned and each has entrances and windows that open to the outside. If they are open, anyone can walk in. No security for the grounds either, anyone can drive in. 3. ATMOSPHERE. This place looks like a failed adventure from 2008 where the investors were fooled by a bad idea. The remnants were picked up by a hotel operator who brought the rooms to code for occupancy, but never finished the rest of the plans. I feel like I am in a scene from a dystopian movie where we live in a camp. No living lawn. No landscaping. Dirt walks to the units. Weeds un-noticed and un-kept. 4. POOL. It looks relaxing in the photos but is WAY undersized. Imagine a bath with 50 of your closets friends.

Pleasant separate cottages per two families each. No place for two people, so my wife and I paid the same rate as our daughter's family of four. The restaurant is very slow, with overpriced small portions. We spent there almost two hours and left rather hungry.

Spacious room modern, with full kitchen, pots, pans, cutlery. Easy access to Amboise and surrounding chateaux. Great comfortable bed. Quiet and not very crowded.

This hotel does not have air conditioning, even if it calls itself a resort. They gave us a fan, which was not enough. It's a property consisting of small houses with 4 apartments in each. Well stacked with dishes, cups, knives etc. Not heated pool.
