Great location with Dennys next door, and Texas Roadhouse and Walmart across the street. Staff very friendly.

Clean, enjoyed the pool and appreciated provided pool towels. Breakfast was nice for the kids and the staff member there was great and on top of things. I suggest more recycling options in the hotel, especially at breakfast considering the paper plates say on them in large print that they're recyclable. Glad there was at least one plastics bin in the lobby though.

Check-in was delightfully welcoming! Initial appearance of room was as expected - satisfactory. No water but later learned it was at Front Desk upon request. Annoying aspects of stay, see photos. Shower curtain was ripped at top and did not glide across rod; clock did not function; mattress covers ill-fitted with noticeably excessive lint/pilling; towels were too thin requiring the use of two - not eco-friendly; sign at breakfast buffet offered accommodations for food allergies, etc. - requesting a dry cereal without added sugar was told only selections were honey crunch, frosted flakes, fruit loops. The price point of the room - $300+ including tax - set an expectation of a pleasant stay which would yield a good review. It did not!

Arrived to the property only to learn the manager canceled my reservation the day of my arrival. Provided no assistance in rebooking or compensation for the inconvenience. Avoid this place

After a long day of travel, upon arrival to this hotel, we were informed during check- in that our room reservation had been cancelled due to unavailable rooms. This reservation had been paid in full 3 weeks prior to our trip. We were informed at 1:30 via email in the same day, but did not see it during travel. This is completely unacceptable. The property upkeep seemed nice in the outside and in the lobby, however, we never made it passed the front desk. As a result, I cannot give a full rating to reflect the rooms. We were highly disappointed in this service and expected more from Hampton, as we frequently choose Hampton hotel as our choice of lodging.

My overall stay at this hotel was great! Enjoyed time with the family in the pool and alone in the whirlpool. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with any questions or requests that I had. The only drawback for me was the breakfast options. The waffle maker area was the best, but the hot food options of eggs and meat were just ok. On both mornings the meat was pork and there was no other option of like turkey sausage or turkey bacon when I asked.

My family and I used this hotel for a one-night stay while traveling. The hotel was clean and well-equipped. Staff was personable and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed the trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and even though there were several softball players staying there for a tournament, they were quiet. We slept well and had an excellent breakfast to finish the stay.
