Breakfast Buffett not included but amazingly tasty and good. They will serve you anything not on the food bar

Man o man where do I start with this property the location is not waking distance to anything , the property it self is well taken care of but I’m going to say management does a horrible job here, room in front of me was having a party but ours got blamed for smoking
Worst was being locked out of the room and No one on site could get in, they saw it as a joke and more of an annoyance that I couldn’t get in my room at midnight
I’ve been in Querétaro for about a week now jumping from hotel to hotel and this by far has been the worst
