Wonderful family-run place to be with my wife. The family owners were wonderful, the room and grounds were clean, and the breakfast was great. So, refreshing to stay in an independent non-chain facility run by salt-of-the-earth people.

Loved everything about this property! The rooms are super comfortable and the grounds and common areas are beautiful and welcoming. Meredith makes a delicious breakfast and so friendly. We plan to be back as soon as possible!

We enjoyed our 3 days stay very much! Very nice old nostalgic facility but updated with modern conveniences while keeping the look and history of the architecture. It was nice, quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Great staff and accommodations. They had a happy hour with locals and some local musicians. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! I will stay there again.

We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel.
Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed. But these are minor issues.
All in all recommended!
