The ladies here were amazing in every aspect. From just greeting you to helping with any question no matter how big or small.

The room was a king bed suite with the bed in a separate room from the pullout couch, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and good. Lots of little extras, such as 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate with marshmallows, orange infused water. They provided a shuttle to the wedding venue.

Really nice hotel but our room had really strong deodorizer smell. Suspect it was to cover pet odors as there was several dogs on our floor. Employees were nice!

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and there are places around that you can go and eat such as Wendy's, Tacobell etc.

Thea/c didn’t work! Being in Florida with temperatures are running 99 degrees and up this was not acceptable the manager didn’t do anything

The housekeeping was horrible!! We stayed 10 days Adams our room was cleaned one time good! The other time it was not! Mirror dirty, bed not straightened, trash on the floor, hair on the floor in bathroom and shower! We were told it would be cleaned every other day! We had to go to front desk just to get clean towels!! When I spoke to the manager about this…. He claimed we had a do not disturb sign on the door which was absolutely NOT true!!
He said the housekeeping staff was rated the best! AGAIN….. NO WAY!!!! I would NEVER stay here again and advise ones wanting to stay….. think TWICE!!!!

The property was close to the Plant City Strawberry Festival which is a big event for the community. The hotel offered courtesy service to the Festival for registered guests: a big plus. Also, the breakfast offered a variety of food. Very pleased with our stay.
